Run and Paddle Races are a great way to get in a good workout and see spectacular scenery.

Hundreds of dollars in prizes are up grabs in the finale of the Run & Paddle Series!

This format features a 2.3 K run, a 3 K paddle and ends with a 2.3 K run. Like the other races, one team member runs and both canoe. Canoes are provided for teams Solo racers  must bring their own equipment.
